INTERNAL JOB OPPORTUNITY NIGHT SHIFT LEAD SECURITY OFFICER Warhawk Group Security is excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Night Shift Lead Security Officer. We are looking for a current team member who is ready to take the next step in their security career and demonstrate leadership, reliability, and professionalism. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support officers during the night shift. Ensure officers are at their assigned posts and performing their duties. Monitor attendance, punctuality, appearance, and professionalism. Conduct site checks and ensure post orders are being followed. Assist officers with questions or issues that arise during the shift. Communicate incidents, concerns, and important updates to the supervisor. Complete and review required reports. Help maintain a professional and secure environment. Lead by example and promote teamwork. Follow and enforce Warhawk Group Security policies and procedures. Follow the proper chain of command and escalated issues when necessary.
