Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality care for patients with common diagnoses such as Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure
• Utilize specialty equipment like Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun effectively
• Manage care for patients across all age groups, including Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatric
• Demonstrate charge capability and the ability to float as required
• Adhere to all safety and professional standards, including wearing navy blue scrubs

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Current NY RN license and verification along with all active RN licenses
• 2+ years of ED experience with some Pediatrics and documented travel experience
• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
