Aftersales Market Manager

Overview The Aftermarket Sales Manager serves as a business leader to grow parts, accessories, and service solutions in North America by leveraging sales acumen, portfolio management, and programs and promotions. The position covers the Northeast territory. Responsibilities Develop and execute action‑based go‑to‑market plans to drive growth of parts, accessories, and service solutions. Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for aftersales across all sales channels, primarily through dealers. Act as a link between end users, dealers, aftersales, product, marketing, sales, and operations to create synergy around promotions and pricing. Input on and co‑develop sales programs for parts, accessories, and service solutions, driving their success in dealer channels and with the internal sales teams. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop sales collateral that aids the sales team and channels. Identify and promote competitive features and advantages relative to competitors. Study and analyze Husqvarna parts and accessories sales data and market trends, preparing executive summaries for business updates and strategic decisions. Work with marketing and product management to develop and execute merchandising strategies. Identify new business development opportunities and report them to leadership. Maintain industry expertise in parts and accessories and actively track and communicate business trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in sales, business management, or aftersales. 5+ years of experience in a hard goods service industry. Analytical skills for reviewing and managing large data sets with detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team‑oriented skills. Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Rapid learning of new computer system operations. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑warehouse reporting tools. Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate across all business areas. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently. Benefits 50%+ regional travel (by car); company vehicle provided.
