Facilities / Maintenance Radium Springs, NM Reports to Maintenance / Facilities Manager Full-time Masson Farms of New Mexico operates one of the largest geothermal-heated greenhouse facilities in the U.S. — roughly 24 acres of climate-controlled growing space in Radium Springs, producing 30+ categories of potted plants. Position Summary The Welder supports fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment across the greenhouse facility. This role involves hands-on welding and fabrication work in a busy production and maintenance environment. Key Responsibilities Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components for repairs and projects. Repair and reinforce greenhouse structures, benches, carts, and equipment. Prepare materials, set up equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Follow all welding safety procedures, including proper PPE and fire-safety practices. Assist the maintenance team with facility upgrades and fabrication projects. Inspect welds and finished work for quality and durability. Qualifications Training or hands-on experience in welding, manufacturing, or a related trade. Working knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, and/or stick) and metal fabrication. Strong attention to safety and quality. Ability to perform physical, hands-on work. Preferred / Nice to Have Welding certification (e.g., AWS) or completed trades program. Familiarity with blueprint reading and fabrication. Apply for this position Complete the form below.
