Are you a Licensed Psychologist with experience in psychological assessments, law enforcement, or fitness-for-duty evaluations? Looking for flexible, remote work where you can put your specialist skills to good use?

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluations for law enforcement personnel under an anticipated federal government contract.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, ideal for a psychologist looking to supplement their existing practice while supporting important public safety decisions.

The Role

You'll assess law enforcement applicants and serving police officers to determine their psychological suitability and fitness for duty.

The anticipated workload is approximately 60 evaluations per year , with scheduling based on government referrals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting pre-employment, annual, and fitness-for-duty psychological evaluations.
• Performing clinical interviews and administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments.
• Reviewing relevant medical, employment, and background information.
• Assessing psychological suitability for law enforcement duties.
• Preparing clear, accurate, and defensible evaluation reports and recommendations.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with applicable privacy and security requirements.
• Coordinating with designated government and contract personnel when required.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology.
• Proven experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting psychological testing.
• Strong clinical judgment and professional report-writing skills.
• Ability to conduct evaluations securely via telehealth.

Experience in law enforcement, public safety, pre-employment psychological screening, or fitness-for-duty evaluations is highly preferred.
