Credit Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a Credit Manager who genuinely enjoys technology, process, and finding better ways to do things.
\n \nIn this position you will help shape overall credit governance, lead a dedicated team, modernize tech stacks, and partner directly with Sales, Finance, and IT to balance smart risk controls with revenue growth.
\n \nAll while having a solid work-life balance!
\n \nWhat you will do:
\n \n• Build and maintain credit policies, approval standards, risk mitigation, and payment terms across all customer segments.
\n \n• Manage, coach, and empower the Credit and Collections team, creating strong alignment between risk strategy and operational execution.
\n \n• Serve as the business owner for credit systems, fraud tools, and payment gateways. Partner with ERP, Finance, and IT to build a multi-year roadmap for automation.
\n \n• Act as the primary decision-maker for complex credit evaluations, risk exceptions, and high-value accounts.
\n \n• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align credit governance with customer acquisition and market expansion.
\n \n• Define, monitor, and present enterprise credit KPIs, portfolio health metrics, and fraud prevention strategies to senior executive leadership.
\n \nWhat you’ll have:
\n \n• 5+ years of credit experience.
\n• B.S. in Finance or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
\n• Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, Excel, and tools such as Power BI.
\n• Good communication skills.
\n• A collaborative and accountable mindset.
