Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

Full-time and part-time Hospice RN Case Managers Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our hospice team. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for our patients and their families. Up to $51 an hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay. This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a driver's license and an insured and reliable vehicle. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Plymouth County and portions of the Cape.
