WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the repair process for a wide range of tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assess incoming tools and determine the appropriate repair path, whether internal, external, or across branches
Manage repair orders and communicate effectively with customers about repair status, invoicing, and follow-ups
Work closely with various departments, including rental, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient operations
Maintain accurate records for repairs, assist with inventory counts, and handle warranty claims
Ensure the warehouse is organized and prepared for high volumes of tools and special events

PAY RANGE:
$22-$24 per hour, based on experience

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Mechanical aptitude
Construction industry previous experience or knowledge preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
