- This is NOT a food-service position.* Drivers are delivering grocery products to distribution centers.

- Possible additional nights at home during the week, depending on your route
- Typically out *23 nights at a time*
- Consistent, predictable schedule
- Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, Ohio*

- *$95,000+ annual earning potential*
- Average 2025 annual wages: *$112,000*
- *$5,000 sign-on bonus*
- *$0.73 CPM base rate*

- Valid *Class A CDL*
- *Minimum 18 months of OTR driving experience*
- Reefer experience preferred
- Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, OH*
- Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial motor vehicle equipment
- Ability to understand and follow company procedures and safety requirements
- Driver Responsibilities*
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
- Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs and reports
- Complete all documentation required by state and federal agencies
- Follow company policies and operating procedures
- Properly handle and deliver grocery freight to customer distribution centers
- Interpret and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Maintain a professional attitude while representing the carrier and its customers
