Salary: $75,000–$82,000 + Bonus

We're not your traditional grocery store—we're an upscale, customer-focused retail concept committed to delivering an exceptional experience every day. We're looking for a General Manager in Villa Park, IL who knows how to lead teams, drive results, and create a culture of excellence.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of store performance, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding execution
  • Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver a customer experience that keeps guests coming back
  • Develop Your Team: Hire, train, coach, and inspire employees to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Drive Results: Implement strategies that improve profitability, productivity, and overall performance
  • Manage the Business: Oversee inventory, labor, expenses, and operational standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Retail General Manager, or similar operations leader
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and operational performance
  • A passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences
  • A hands-on leader with the drive to make a significant impact
