Director of Legal, Corporate & SEC Compliance
Global Crossing Airlines
Global Crossing Airlines seeks a Director, Legal and Corporate Counsel based in Miami to lead SEC reporting, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and litigation with outside counsel. The role serves as Corporate Secretary and supports cross-functional teams with regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the President, the candidate will ensure DOT and FAA compliance and provide strategic legal guidance across the organization. JD required, 8+ years’ experience, and Florida bar eligibility.
