You'll install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems that keep landscapes healthy, efficient, and beautiful — while representing MTScapes with professionalism on every job site. This role calls for real technical know-how and a strong work ethic. You'll drive a company vehicle to job sites, work alongside our landscape crews, and help deliver results our clients can count on. What You'll Do Install, inspect, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and more) Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and efficiently Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Follow all company and job‑site safety procedures Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites What We're Looking For Proven experience with irrigation systems and general landscaping Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and small excavation equipment Working knowledge of horticulture, soil, and plant health Sharp attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset Reliable and professional, comfortable working outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you want to work for a company where your skills are respected, your work matters, and leadership truly supports the field — MTScapes is where you belong.
