Grüns is seeking a Product Design Lead to own UX/UI across our Snacks brand portfolio, from launches to site optimization. You’ll build scalable design systems, improve ecommerce conversions, and partner with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, maker-first role with a people-management component and remote HQ involvement. You’ll report to the VP of Ecommerce and work on premium DTC experiences across Shopify platforms, shaping how our brands appear online and drive conversions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grüns
