Part Time Cashier/Receptionist

Woody Buick GMC Part Time Position

Woody Buick GMC is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of experience. We're focused on our customer and our community, and we're always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! This position is part time and would be about 25 hours per week. Hours are 3pm - 9pm two to three nights per week and 5 hours on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Process and receipt money received
• Greet customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team and office personnel
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
