Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 5 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience. OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience. 1 year of experience leading and directing the activities of a sales team is required. Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required. Must be positive and engaging. We prefer candidates who reside within our community Formal Education & Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Work Status: Full-Time. Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible and accountable for all personnel and employment decisions at assigned branch/location. Travel: Up to 50% or more outside of branch or as needed by customer. Working Conditions: Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
