Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for a diverse range of individuals and families to identify medical needs and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practices, ensuring patients receive appropriate preventive care and health promotion.
• Engage with local community organizations to create, implement, and evaluate effective health education programs aimed at various populations.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and patient-centric care, advocating tirelessly for patient rights and accessibility to necessary healthcare services.
