Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in the North Dallas-McKinney Metroplex for a Chiropractic Assistant. The role involves greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment scheduling, performing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. The assistant will also play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the clinic. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with patients and team members. Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling to assist patients efficiently. Experience with receptionist duties and maintaining a well-organized front office. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Fluency in both English and a second language (preferred: Spanish) to assist diverse patients effectively. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic clinical setting. A positive and professional attitude with attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare environment is a plus.
