Substitute Secretaries
The Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Sandusky City Schools in Sandusky, Ohio for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- BCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.
Necessary Skills/Duties:
- Monitor record keeping procedures
- Prepare computer documents
- Maintain systematic filing system
- Greet/assist visitors
- Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails
- Prepare photocopies
- Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
- Help resolve staff/parent/student issues
- Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
- Answering phones
