What You’ll Be Doing Deliver parts to customers, developing strong relationships with them. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain inventory checks. Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts. Represent the NAPA brand during deliveries and engage with customers. Build long-term customer relationships. Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure). Perform other duties as needed. What You’ll Need Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage returns properly. Keep a distribution log for deliveries and pickups. Inspect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and ensure safety. Good communication skills and attentive listening. Navigate using maps and directions across the metro area. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
