End Date/Duration: Direct hire / Full-time employment
Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
Hours/week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Full-time
License/Certs: Valid driver's license required
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare or sales preferred
Pay & Benefits
Compensation: $45,000$55,000/year base salary + uncapped commission
Additional Compensation: Quarterly bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and vehicle allowance

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow referral relationships within the assigned territory, including hospitals and clinics
- Present and demonstrate home medical equipment solutions such as ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep devices, wound care, and diabetic supplies
- Conduct regular in-person visits and build trust with healthcare providers and referral sources
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
- Track your activity, pipeline, and territory trends using CRM and call planning tools
- Support new account development and expand existing partnerships
- Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold confidentiality standards
What You Need
Required:- High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree or healthcare sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with high initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 2+ years experience in healthcare or medical sales
- Familiarity with respiratory equipment such as ventilators, CPAP, or oxygen therapy
- CRM experience and pipeline management skills
- Leadership experience (a plus)
About the Assignment This role is field-based, allowing you to build lasting relationships across central Michigan. You'll work autonomously, but with ongoing support and training, to promote innovative home medical solutions. Your efforts will directly impact patient care and well-being, supporting referrals from local hospitals and clinics.
