Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. CLT or RT with Cath Lab experience

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirements: As Needed
• On-Call Requirements: 7 or 8 days per month, every third weekend, 2 hrs guaranteed when called in
• Holiday Requirements: As needed

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)
