Senior Concrete Project Manager

Duration: Full Time Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Project Overview Northern New Jersey (Travel to project sites required) Responsibilities Manage commercial concrete projects from award through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents. Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services. Monitor project costs, productivity, and quality. Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce all safety standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects. Experience working for a self‑performing commercial concrete contractor strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of structural concrete foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and reinforced concrete. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software. OSHA certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented.
