Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help residents begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least two years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of older adults
• Ability to read and speak English

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.75 per hour , with the final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
