Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including personal care, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support patients with medication management, including administration and tracking Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress Collaborate with healthcare providers and families to ensure comprehensive care Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient rights and dignity, respecting individual preferences and needs Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Nice to have current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of Delaware Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients according to established guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently What We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment Collaborative team culture that values compassion, integrity, and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr PACE
