With a small, agile team, they are poised to make a significant impact in the AI and software development industry.
What You Will Do

Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript to enhance user interaction.
Collaborate with a team of 8 to develop and refine UI/UX designs that elevate the conversational AI experience.
Utilize Figma for prototyping and visual design, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
Integrate OpenAI technology to enhance the conversational capabilities of the platform.
Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on design solutions and improve functionality.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive development process from concept to launch.

Ideal Candidate Background

1+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on product design and UI/UX.
Proficient in React and TypeScript, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, is a plus.

Preferred

Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $250K to $450K, commensurate with experience. The company is committed to fostering a supportive workplace and is open to visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
