Position Overview

• Conduct a wide array of ultrasound examinations, covering abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout each examination, providing clear explanations every step of the way
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain imaging equipment and promptly report any technical malfunctions
• Document procedures with accuracy and manage patient records through the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and incorporate best practices into your work routine

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is strongly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
