Job Description & Requirements Vibra Travels is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Madison, Wisconsin. Position Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Benefits Work with one recruiter for assignment‑to‑assignment support Local and non‑local positions available Competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (if applicable) No pay cuts mid‑contract Referral bonus (up to $1500 per referral) License reimbursement if traveling to a new state requiring a new license Assignments at facilities we own and operate nationwide (70+) or partner facilities Position Summary Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician's order. Position Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs. Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor Current, valid, and active Driver’s License Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation One (1) year of experience as a PT Additional Qualifications / Skills: Ability to project a professional image Previous hospital experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace Certificates, Licensures, Registrations: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
