\n \nPosition is located in Tysons, VA and will be onsite. Applicant must from from a high growth SaaS environment. Ideally have startup experience, AI and SaaS. Must enjoy building. Company is pre-IPO.

\n \nThe Position
\nThis newly established leadership role offers the opportunity to build and elevate the Financial Planning & Analysis function from the ground up. As the head of FP&A, you will play a key role in translating financial data into strategic insights, helping executive leadership make informed decisions as the business continues to expand.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Partner closely with senior finance leadership to develop annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial strategies. \n
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models that support planning, growth initiatives, pricing decisions, customer analytics, and operational performance measurement. \n
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive-level business insights. \n
- Collaborate with leaders across revenue, marketing, product, engineering, operations, and other functions to evaluate business assumptions and support strategic decision-making. \n
- Improve and automate reporting, forecasting, and planning processes to enhance scalability and operational efficiency. \n
- Support investor relations activities, fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and other corporate finance projects. \n
Compensation includes a strong base with a generous options package.
