Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Title
Required Skills:
- Good hands-on experience in data engineering practices including Python scripting, PySpark ETL, PL/SQL development, advanced SQL, Unix etc.
- Specializes in Snowflake data platform, responsible for handling design, implementation of data storage and processing solutions along with migration activities.
- Good understanding of snowflakes cloud-based data warehousing capabilities and modelling techniques.
- Familiar with snowflakes architecture, including its use of virtual warehouse, storage layers and caching mechanisms and security features.
- Proficient in writing, optimizing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge on AWS cloud platform.
- Experience with software development best practices including using git-based source control.
- Knowledge in PL/SQL and scripting for automation.
- Ability to collaborate within the team to derive high quality data solutions.
