AI Change Management Lead

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish AI Change Management candidate to focus on implementing and promoting the use of AI applications and tools across the company's departments for a global Bank with presence in 15 countries.

The AI Change management role is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote),

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English/Spanish.

The AI change management role requires a skilled individual who possesses a strong background in change management, instructional design, and training, with a particular emphasis on AI technologies.

** Key Responsibilities:**

- **Training Development and Delivery:** Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive training programs focused on the effective and responsible use of AI technologies in the workplace.

This includes creating engaging learning materials and adapting content to suit various learning styles.

- **AI Adoption Initiatives:** Lead and spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing AI adoption throughout the bank. This involves assessing current AI capabilities and identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

- **Process Support and Automation Opportunities:** Conduct thorough mapping of existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.

Working closely with relevant teams to implement solutions that streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

- **Workshops and Training Sessions:**

Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions tailored for different departments within the bank.

- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

The ideal candidate must have experience collaborating with various teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and HR Human Capital teams. c

- **Metrics Tracking and Improvements:**

Develop and maintain metrics to track the utilization and impact of AI technologies across the bank.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practicalexperience
• Must have experience in Change Management
• Proven track record in delivering effective training sessions and managing organizational change, demonstrating a strategic approach to overcoming resistance and engaging stakeholders.
• 3 years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies, specifically in leading technology adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, such as Gemini or Google Workspace, is highly desirable.
• Must have Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
