Team Lead, RCM Operations

To support the revenue cycle management efforts, the full-time Team Lead, RCM Operations will manage daily operations, optimize client revenue retention, and train employees on practice management systems in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned client accounts, conducting root cause analysis and identifying potential issues Assign workloads to team members, validate work accuracy, and ensure timely completion of end-of-month processes Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires while providing ongoing coaching and development for team members Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing billing and collections teams within the healthcare industry Proven leadership qualities with experience in driving change management initiatives and fostering high-performing teams Strong supervisory competencies, including coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment skills Proficient in software applications essential for revenue cycle management, including Google for Business and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with clearinghouses and SaaS products used in healthcare billing and collections is highly desirable
