Job Description

The Trempealeau County Health Care Center has a couple of openings for Personal Care Workers in our community housing. 2nd shift primarily needed. You’ll be working with a talented and caring team of individuals who will guide you and treat you like family.

$17.10 – 18.12/hr

Responsibilities

· Provide a safe environment for residents.
· Assist with daily living tasks, along with following care plans.
· Prepare meals.
· Plan and assist with activities to fulfill residents’ days.
· Lawn mowing, shoveling, and yard maintenance.

Required

Abide by any written care plans such as Doctor's Orders, Individual Service Plans, Plan of Care.
Assist clients with transfer needs as indicated. Assist clients with prescribed medications under the written direction of a Licensed Practitioner.
Attend in-services and meetings as required
Attend and successfully complete training requirements as set by the TCHCC.
