We’re currently looking for a  Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at a large multi-family residential property. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to grow with a company that values its employees, we’d love to meet you!

The ideal candidate should have general maintenance experience, including basic electrical and plumbing knowledge. Experience with appliances, electrical, and plumbing repairs is a strong plus. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows direction well, and maintains a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality apartment turnovers in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and respond within required timeframes
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with general property maintenance and repairs
• Repair and maintain appliances, fixtures, outlets, switches, and more

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have basic personal tools
• Great attitude and strong work ethic required
