Sustaining Product Engineer - Tulsa

Job Description

Sustaining Product Engineer supports the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of NOV downhole and above ground horizontal pump systems. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Education & Experience Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineering
0 to 5 years of work experience
Previous Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)

Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.

Technical Competencies

Communication, able to express relevant information appropriately, clearly, and correctly.
Learn and operate multiple NOV specific software/programs.
Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions.
Applies fundamental engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve designs and processes.
An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)
Experience with centrifugal pumps is preferred
