Beecher's Handmade Cheese is looking for a builder. You'll lead our end-to-end supply chain while building the systems, processes, and partnerships needed to support a growing business.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We move quickly, solve problems, and expect our leaders to drive results, not just manage them. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, build scalable solutions, and help shape how we operate as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead supply chain, including S&OP, inventory, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships.
• Partner cross-functionally to successfully launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations.
• Improve ERP processes, planning tools, AI capabilities, and business systems.
• Drive performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Build strong partnerships with co-manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and key suppliers.
• Develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Balance strategy with execution. You'll improve long-term processes while solving day-to-day operational challenges.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of progressive supply chain or operations leadership in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Success in a growing business where leaders are expected to both lead and do.
• Confidence making decisions without a large support organization.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel. AI experience is a plus.
• A passion for building systems, developing people, and continuously improving how a business operates.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is between $165,000 to $185,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 15 days of paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Employees also enjoy a 35% discount at Sugar Mountain locations.
