Inventory Control Clerk

Summary - This position will maintain a perpetual inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and other general stock items.

Job Responsibilities - Activities:

Functions:

Conduct cycle counts
Issue components and parts to work orders
Pulling and staging parts for work orders
Transport components between facilities
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of manufacturing consumables
Shipping/receiving goods
Preparing shipment paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices)
Prepare and package shipments (preservation, packaging, packing, marking)
Loading/unloading trucks using material handling equipment
Organize and file all hard copy receipts/shipments/issues
Housekeeping of warehouse area and components
Perform Oracle database transactions for receiving, issuing, inventory transfer, and cycle counts
Other tasks as required

Education - Experience:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience

Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:

Clerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft office programs
Strong written and oral communication skills
Planning and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking
US Citizen
