Forklift Operator 

Location: Middleton, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Payrate: $23/Hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a Forklift Operator  to join our warehouse team in Middleton, MA. In this role, you will support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods using SAP.
• Create and apply barcode labels to incoming materials.
• Scan and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and shipping requirements.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Verify quantities and item numbers when receiving and shipping materials.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/inventory management system.
• Forklift and aisle stacker experience required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate automated and semi-automated warehouse equipment.
• DOT/IATA/IMDG hazardous materials certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
