Now Hiring: Top-Tier Store Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Compensation: Up to $180k | Base Salary + Bonus | High-Volume, High-Culture Shop
Are you a proven leader in the automotive industry who thrives in a high-volume environment—without sacrificing customer satisfaction or team morale? One of the top-performing independent auto repair shops in Richmond is looking to bring on a high-impact Store Manager to lead the charge.

You’ll step into a shop with strong car count, great people, and solid operational systems—so you can focus on leading, growing, and earning. Store Managers at this location consistently earn $100K+ annually through a combination of base salary and team-based bonuses.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a high-performing Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
Strong understanding of shop operations and KPIs (ARO, GP, car count, labor efficiency)
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Driven by goals, team success, and delivering top-tier results
