Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty
As Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you lead a high-energy front-of-store team focused on game-day excitement and loyalty growth. You coach associates to deliver standout service, actively promote and enroll customers in ScoreCard and related loyalty offerings, and help drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge. You coordinate coverage, support opening/closing duties, track loyalty and service metrics, and partner with leaders on promotions and in-store events. You model our sports-driven, inclusive culture while ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment for every athlete and fan.
Responsibilities
- Lead Endzone & Loyalty associate team to deliver outstanding service and athlete experiences
- Drive loyalty program enrollment, education, and usage on the sales floor and at checkout
- Coach, train, and schedule team members to meet service, sales, and loyalty goals
- Monitor store traffic, adjust floor coverage, and support peak game-day and event periods
- Partner with managers to execute promotions, merchandising, and in-store fan experiences
- Track key metrics (loyalty signups, redemptions, attachments) and report performance
- Resolve customer issues, escalations, and complex loyalty questions with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, and POS procedures
- Support opening/closing responsibilities and maintain a clean, safe, energetic environment
- Model DICK'S culture, sports passion, and community engagement in daily interactions
