Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals Help with daily care likebathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, andmeals. Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
