Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families throughout all life stages, from infants to seniors.
• Address chronic illnesses, conduct routine check-ups, acute care, and mental health assessments with a patient-first mindset.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment strategies.

• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for precise and current patient documentation.
• Provide care both in-person and via telehealth to meet patient needs and preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, an active medical license in Ohio.
• Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
