Contract | Rotating Shifts (8s, 10s, 12s) | Mid shifts starting at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub into a wide variety of surgical cases including ortho, general/vascular, neuro/spine, ENT, and trauma in the Main OR
• Support CVOR cases including CABG, valve procedures, pacemakers, lead extractions, and lung cases
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
• Operate within an EMR environment using Cerner Surginet
• Fulfill call responsibilities including approximately 1–2 weeknights per week and approximately one weekend per month (end of shift Friday through 6:30 AM Monday)
• Complete unit orientation with a preceptor prior to independent practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Surgical Tech certification or applicable state credentials
• Strong hands-on experience with total joints, general surgery, vascular, and spine cases
• Ability to work rotating shifts including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Availability for weeknight and weekend call as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CVOR cases such as CABG, valve procedures, and lead extractions
• Familiarity with Cerner Surginet EMR
• Experience in a high-acuity, multi-specialty OR environment
