You will: Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial. Collaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine litigation strategies across the firm. Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, offering guidance, training, and feedback to enhance performance. Strategically engage with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive results and manage expectations. Draft, review, and oversee high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Own timelines, manage case development, and uphold performance standards to ensure consistent excellence. Contribute to thought leadership, firm growth, and continuous improvement in legal processes. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing. Minimum 10 years of litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial). Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads. A leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talent. Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom advocacy skills. A commitment to professional growth for yourself, your team, and clients.
