Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, you will play a critical role in the treatment and recovery of individuals following severe injuries or illnesses. You will provide customized and intensive rehabilitation tailored to the unique needs of patients coming from diverse injury backgrounds including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to optimize patient recovery and improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve set rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
