Regional Trauma Sales Associate - Central/Mid Atlantic Regions

Responsibilities

Attend surgeries to ensure Stryker trauma products availability and provide surgeon training on product use
Develop product expertise and serve as trauma consultant to surgeons and healthcare professionals
Manage inventory meticulously and coordinate with sales teams on customer service and relationship development
Implement sales and marketing strategies to competitively position trauma products against competitors
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, ethics standards, and applicable laws

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
1-2 years demonstrated sales or medical industry success, trauma/orthopedic preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
Strong organizational and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to travel 80-90% and maintain on-call availability including nights/weekends/holidays

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base salary plus bonuses and benefits
