Supervisory Registered Nurse

About the Role: New Life Private Care LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisory Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Gwinnett, GA. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff, home health aides, and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing patient progress Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing private home care services Perform field visits to evaluate staff performance and patient satisfaction Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Provide clinical guidance, staff education, and in-service training as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure proper record-keeping standards Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or private care settings Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment strongly preferred Strong knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS documentation, and care planning Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills CPR/BLS certification required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for field visits About Us: New Life Private Care LLC is a trusted provider of personalized home health services in the Gwinnett, GA area, committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
