Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Latrobe, PA | Acute Care

Contract | Rotating Days & Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts | Day Shift: 7:00–19:30 | Night Shift: 19:00–7:30

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Rotate between day and night shifts as scheduled
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications (AHA only accepted)

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required — AHA certifications only accepted; must be current at submission
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
• Availability to work every other holiday
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Candidates must disclose any licensing, background, or fingerprinting concerns prior to submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
