Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) held for at least 2–3 years
• Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP roles (minimum 2–3 years post-certification)
• Comfort providing teletherapy and in-person services
• Experience in pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs and manage multiple caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise up to 3 SLPAs, guiding treatment planning, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Conduct special education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluation)
• Attend IEP meetings, present evaluation data, and provide recommendations
• Write, update, and maintain IEPs for all assigned students
• Adapt swiftly to fluctuating caseloads based on student needs
