Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across multiple locations within a regional territory. This role combines hands-on desktop support, technology project implementation, executive support, and collaboration with infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working independently, traveling to support end users, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and related services.
• Coordinate and assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Manage and track IT assets across assigned locations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Deliver white-glove support to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support conference room, audio/visual, and collaboration technologies.
• Document troubleshooting efforts, technical processes, and knowledge articles.
• Serve as an escalation resource for front-line support teams.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned region to provide onsite support and project assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, iOS, and Android environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint support best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Travel
