A1 Tech Services Nuclear CGD team. Conduct inspections of technical work (electrical, mechanical, civil, or applicable discipline) to verify adherence to specifications, drawings, and standards Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions using established QC systems and reporting tools Review and verify that work packages, as-builts, and technical documentation are accurate and complete Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and field crews to resolve quality issues in a timely manner Support root cause analysis and lessons-learned processes following non-conformances Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability of quality data Assist in developing and updating QC procedures, checklists, and inspection test plans Job Overview This position performs technical, quality, and safety-related material and equipment receipt inspections, in accordance with Federal, Nuclear Regulatory, and Corporate policies and procedures. Employees in this role identify material and equipment shipments that do not comply with governing policies and procedures. Job Duties & Responsibilities Performs Augmented Quality Related quality level receipt inspections Creates receipt inspection plans and checklists for each inspection Establishes inspection priorities in alignment with plant priorities Generates and processes Deficiency Reports, resulting from non-conformance of incoming materials Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Experience: 3+ years Preferred Qualifications None NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
